This notice explains how DW Global Trade uses personal information submitted through this website. It is an operational notice and should be reviewed whenever the company’s legal registration or service providers change.
1. Who is responsible
DW Global Trade, represented by Leonardo and based in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, is responsible for deciding how information submitted through this website is used. Privacy requests may be sent to contact@dwglobaltrade.co.
2. Information collected
We collect the contact, company, product, destination, commercial requirement and supporting-document information that a buyer voluntarily provides in a sourcing request. Basic technical security logs may also be processed by the hosting provider.
3. Purposes
Information is used to assess the request, communicate with the buyer, identify and evaluate possible suppliers, coordinate a potential commercial mandate, keep an auditable business record, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and international activity
Relevant parts of a brief may be shared with potential suppliers, producers, inspectors, logistics providers, customs specialists or professional advisers when necessary to evaluate or perform the requested service. Because the work is international, recipients may be located outside Brazil. Confidential or sensitive specifications should be identified before submission so an appropriate confidentiality process can be agreed.
5. Retention and security
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the sourcing evaluation, commercial relationship, dispute prevention and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited and supporting files are stored in non-public storage. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be risk-free.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, deletion where applicable, objection or withdrawal of consent by writing to the contact address above. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.
7. Analytics, CRM and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page interactions and sourcing-form conversions, and HubSpot to understand website activity and connect submitted sourcing requests with our customer relationship records. Optional tracking is disabled until you select “Accept analytics.” We do not enable Google advertising signals or ad personalization.
